• One of my most intimate, and intricate pieces yet. This collage has thousands upon thousands of memories and tragedies bound into the story behind these shoes, my story. I’ve walked through so many stages of my life in these shoes, I wore the soles completely down; To the point where water would get in through the bottom if it was raining. I’ve walked through homelessness, graveyard shifts, addictions, loss of friends, truly everything in these shoes.
I wanted a way to immortalize these shoes, so as to turn them into a symbol of triumph after hell storm. I present to you, ‘NIKE WARFARE’.
